It is OK to change your mind!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at David's Clothing! It is OK to change your mind. We just have a few requests: We ask that all merchandise is returned in its original, like new, condition because your clothing will most likely be resold and find another home.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item?

- 30 Days for Regular Priced items (Returns, Exchanges, and Online credit)

- Final Sale items are not returnable. 

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Final sale items are limited to heavily marked down items from past seasons as well as items that cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Gift cards are also final sale items.

 

How Much does it cost to return an item?

For Refunds:

- $7. Cost of item Minus $7 Return Label = Refund. (See image)

We charge $7 for our prepaid return Label ($8-$12 value) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note original shipping is non-refundable.

Final refund will be:

Cost of item Minus $7 Return Label = Refund. (See image)

For Exchanges:

Free. We offer 1 free exchange for the same item in a different size (pre-paid mailing label) . If you'd like to return a second time the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

For Online Store Credit:

Free 

 

If you'd like to mail the item yourself via the post office or UPS thats fine as well. Please note we have found return postage to average around $7-$10. We only charge $7 for ours. We have had customers pay up to $22 to return items using their own postage. Feel free to use our prepaid return label for only $7.

The Return window for Refund/Exchange/store credit is 30 days from the day you purchased your order.

 

Returns are accepted on merchandise that is unwashed, unworn and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

If you are returning shoes, we need the original undamaged shoe box. This must be shipped in a separate shipping box. The label Must be affixed to a shipping box not the shoe box. We cannot accept a return without the original shoe box, because we cannot resell the shoes without a box. Do not ship the shoes back by using the shoe box as the shipping box. (This damages the shoe box and makes it not re-sellable).

 

 *Please note that Boxers and Underwear cannot be returned. 

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 Business days from the date we receive the item(s). In most cases the return is processed that same day. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from David’s.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event you choose to return item/items from your order.  

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are tricky. Since we don't have infinite stock in products we cannot guarantee we will have the size you are needing. There are 2 ways to do exchanges:

1. First check our website to see if we have the item you are wanting. Your size may not be in stock. If your return is within the 30 day window and you would like to exchange a purchased item for an item we have in stock on our website please email us at hello@davidsclothing.com. We are unable to process automated Exchanges at this time. Your satisfaction is our goal and we will try our best to do a manual exchange, as long as the item is available. We will send you a Prepaid Label after an agreement is made.

2. The faster and more sure way to ensure that the item is yours and gets to you timely is to purchase the wanted size right away! Then, follow the return process for sending back your unwanted item. Please email hello@davidsclothing.com with any questions. 

 

Damages or Defects

 

A full refund, store credit or exchange will be offered to you in the event that an item you received was damaged or defective in any way. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a claim. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. David’s assumes return shipping responsibility on all damaged or defective items. We do not offer exchanges,refunds, or credit after 30 days or items that have been washed or worn, for any reason.

Instructions on How to Return/Exchange Your Item(s) for orders in the US (Domestic US):

1. Submit Your Return

2. Get Approval Email.

3. Receive Pre-Paid Shipping Label. This is sent within 2 business days. 

4.Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your original David’s packaging or you own packaging. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your package/box completely. 

 Mail your package. (Most labels will ship USPS, so if the package is small enough it can fit in your mail box. If it is too big, please drop it off at a local Post Office.)

5. We receive it and Inspect it.

6. We process your return/exchange. For refunds, a $7 dollar shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund amount for orders in the US. 

How will I know when my return is completed?

Once we process your return, we'll refund your payment and email you a confirmation. As a reminder, it may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package and complete the refund.
